I went to a coffee shop where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience that is different from “ordinary”.

Various extraction methods such as cold brew, hand drip, and latte are used for beans from all over the world.
The sweets that go well with the beans also bring out the deliciousness of the coffee.
The black mug and black glass are used to avoid preconceived ideas about the taste of the liquid.
Baristas can make coffee, make alcohol, and serve customers perfectly.

Counter only seats

Counter seats only. There are no tables, so you can see the whole store.
That’s because I want to properly serve customers.
It’s hard to enter and have a conversation with a table, so it’s only a counter.

The commitment of the owner Kunitomo

I asked the owner, Mr. Kunitomo, why he opened this restaurant.
The answer is “because coffee can be enjoyed regardless of religion.”
In the future, he would like to collaborate with Japanese cuisine, expand overseas, and expand new possibilities. I’m looking forward to it!
