I went to beyond in Osaka.
It seems that the store will be closed at the end of June 2023 and will be reopened at another store.
As of May, it’s popular that you won’t get tired of it until June.
This time, I would like to introduce Mr. beyond.

In-store introduction

There are about 10 seats at the counter. It’s a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy talking with the staff and watching the food being made as you eat.

10,000 Yen Pokkiri Menu

The menu is only the manager’s omakase menu. This time, it was a 10,000 yen Pokkiri menu, and I was able to enjoy about 20 items including all-you-can-drink. The menu was decided from the beginning, but I will add it depending on my mood! So, I had a lot of things other than the menu. I felt like my stomach was bursting.
It started at 19:00 and was in the way until about 23:00.

Appetizer

・Potato Salad Fantastic Potatoes
Potato salad is truffle flavored. Since the refill was OK, I also got a refill.
・Egg special
Since it is an egg and how much, it is “egg special”. It also matched the shrimp.
・Zucchini country boiled
It’s unlike any zucchini you’ve ever eaten! I changed this too.
・Tasmanian mustard saddle beans
It was the first time I saw beans.

mizunasu condiment salad

The appearance is reminiscent of fresh spring rolls. The sticky skin and mizunasu are a perfect match!

Fish of today

Tuna, mackerel, sea bream, barracuda, tagabe, isaki
Everything fresh and delicious!
There were also fish that I had never eaten before.

Child of fish

It has a bubble wrap texture like cod roe.

Small chicken wings. It would be nice if it was hand-delivered instead of being served on a plate.

nigiri sushi

They hold it firmly one by one and hand it to you.

Aqua Pazza

Unlike the aqua pazza I had imagined, it was more like a soup. The delicious part of Aqua Pazza is in the soup, so it was a taste that made me want to keep drinking it.

A wide variety of sake

This time it is a course with all-you-can-drink. There are many kinds of drinks. And a lot of things were different.

Sake

There are sake from various regions, and they will give you recommendations. My Canadian friend who went with me drank many cups because it was delicious.

Wine

ginger ale

It’s a dry ginger ale, and it’s delicious anyway! ! I ordered about 3 cups.
