I visited Usuginu in Iwate.
Usuginu is an old private house with a history of 150 years.

An old private house where you can experience farming
Depending on the season, you can harvest rice or pick chestnuts.
Actually, I was planning to harvest rice, but when I went, it just happened to be right after a typhoon.
It was a pity that I couldn’t do it because the rice plant seemed to have fallen down.
I was allowed to pick chestnuts instead.

You can eat local natural vegetables.
Dinner is a barbecue with local vegetables and meat. Breakfast was unique to Japan, using local vegetables and rice. The peppers were especially delicious, and even when eaten raw, they were sweet and delicious.

Relax in the cypress bath
The bath was a cypress bath. The scent of cypress drifts.
